Naujakasite

$135.00

Min

Ilimaussaq
Greenland

5 x 4 x 2.5 cm
This specimen, from the type locality, has crystals of naujakasite as large as 2.3 cm!! The 1993 special Greenland issue of the Mineralogical Record indicates that the largest crystals known at that time were up to 2 cm... The crystals are all frozen in the syenite matrix which is typical. The pearly luster is readily visible on these large crystals.
